What cookies and similar technologies are
A cookie is a small text file that a website can place in a browser to remember information during a visit or across visits. Similar technologies can include local storage, pixels, software-development kits and other identifiers.
Some technologies are necessary to provide a requested function or maintain security. Others can be used for analytics, personalization, advertising or measurement.
Cookies used by the current U.S. site
In the current U.S. public-page build, Housefinan does not intentionally load Google Analytics, Meta/Facebook Pixel or other third-party advertising pixels from the public pages included in this site package.
If the contact form is enabled on the server, it may use a short-lived technical session to help maintain basic form security and reduce repeated or abusive submissions.
Technical session cookie: depending on server configuration, a cookie such as PHPSESSID may be created. Its purpose is to maintain a technical session needed for basic form operation or anti-abuse protection. It is not intended for advertising.
Strictly necessary technology
Essential cookies or storage may be used without being optional when they are reasonably necessary to provide a feature you request, maintain security, remember a privacy choice or keep the website functioning. Blocking essential technology can prevent some features from working correctly.
Analytics, advertising and measurement
The current U.S. public-page build does not intentionally activate non-essential third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If Housefinan adds those technologies later, this Policy will identify the relevant purpose and provider and the site will provide any notice, consent or opt-out mechanism required by applicable law.
Housefinan will not describe an advertising or analytics technology as “necessary” merely because it is useful for marketing or measurement.
Consent and privacy choices
The current U.S. public-page build does not intentionally activate non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. Because there are no such cookies in the current build, there is no non-essential cookie consent panel to display for those purposes.
Housefinan's operator is established in Spain. This means Spanish and EU privacy and cookie rules may apply to the operator in addition to U.S. federal or state privacy requirements. If Housefinan introduces non-essential analytics, advertising or similar tracking technologies, we will implement the prior consent and/or opt-out controls required by the laws that apply to that technology and processing.
Where consent is required, non-essential technologies will not be treated as strictly necessary merely because they are useful for analytics, marketing or advertising.
Global Privacy Control and universal opt-out mechanisms
Some U.S. state privacy laws require covered businesses to honor browser-based universal opt-out signals for certain processing. Where applicable, Housefinan will recognize a valid Global Privacy Control (GPC) or other legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism for activity that qualifies as a sale, sharing or targeted advertising.
Because the current U.S. public-page build does not intentionally use third-party advertising or analytics technology for those purposes, there may be no such processing to opt out of today.
Third-party websites and mortgage services
Housefinan may contain links to websites or applications operated by lenders, mortgage service providers or other third parties. Once you leave Housefinan, that service may set its own cookies or use other tracking technologies. Those technologies are governed by the third party's own privacy and cookie disclosures.
How to manage cookies in your browser
You can review, delete or block cookies using your browser or device settings. The exact controls depend on the browser and version you use.
- Google Chrome: Privacy and security settings.
- Safari: Privacy settings.
- Mozilla Firefox: Privacy & Security settings.
- Microsoft Edge: Cookies and site permissions.
- Mobile browsers: privacy and tracking controls in the browser or operating-system settings.
Blocking all cookies can affect technical features, including forms or settings that need a temporary session.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is no single universally adopted technical standard for how websites must respond to every DNT signal, the site may not respond to DNT in a uniform way. This is different from legally recognized universal opt-out signals such as GPC where an applicable state law requires recognition.
Site operator and contact
The U.S. Housefinan website is operated by KOVA FINANCE, S.L. (Housefinan), company registration/tax ID B40536161, with registered office at Calle Felip María Garín 4, floor 1, B2, 46021 Valencia, Spain.

Updates to this Cookie Policy
We will review this Policy when the website's measurement, advertising, security or personalization technologies change.
